Refrigerated Counters

These are becoming increasingly popular due to the benefits of having a built in stainless steel worktop. The advantage of having the product stored where you are working is also usefull during busy times. Many users order versions with either a Gastronorm size pan cut-out in the worktop which chills the base of the pans or a separate chilled pan holder mounted above, and to the rear of the worktop e.g. pizza prep etc.

Other options to consider are castors and refrigerated drawers (again, Gastronorm size). We always offer a splashback for counters which are to sited against a wall in order to help stop food dropping down the back.
